Green apples, spicy notes of eucalyptus
A relatively warm start to the growing season, torrential rainfall from mid-May to the end of June, which makes organic management of the vineyards extremely challenging. Summer sets in at the beginning of July and does not leave until early November. Despite all the rainfall, the ripening phase is very dry, with a slow ripening process allowing for all possibilities during the harvest.
