The wine sparkles copper-red. Deep red cherries. fresh walnuts, rosemary with a touch of white pepper. A hearty Rosé, full of surprise. Wonderful balance between sweetness and acidity. This wine "beams" you right into the middle of Provencal lavender fields. A substantial Bouillabaisse can be served. Bon Appetit!
