Highly ripe Riesling grapes, thin-skinned, golden shining, pure yellow fruit with the scent of apricots and yellow peaches. The body is supported by a nearly endless juiciness, playing between fruit sweetness and acidity. In the finish this Riesling is full of tension, almost levitating and balancing.

Of a golden-yellow colour, the Bürgergarten Spätlese 2013 emanates the scent of juicy pears, as well as the decent acidity of a juicy apple and sweet raisins, which is immediately confirmed by its taste. Great sweet-acid ratio. Mature notes are balanced with a lasting freshness. Fresh and enticing despite the sweet fruitiness. A must-have with fruit desserts or young blue cheese.
