Back in Japan — Winery Müller-Catoir

Back in Japan

With our new importer Overseas / Vinarte and its large branch network, we are back on the Japanese market after several years of abstinence. At the time, the fine dry / fruity qualities dominated, today the focus is clearly on the dry wines. The favorite wine -as often- is our Haardt Riesling, which is also part of the hard core of the range of most other importers. We are looking forward to a good cooperation.

Overseas / Vinarte import wines & delicacies for their own shops, cafes and restaurants as well as for wholesalers. Our wines are sold directly in the Kaldi shops. The first "Kaldi Coffee Farm" was opened in 1986 as a coffee roastery, first adding Italian food and later food and wine from all over the world to its range. There are currently 448 “Kaldi Coffee Farm” stores.

Young Japanese people in particular (and foreigners living in Japan) love the Kaldi stores, which are mostly furnished in dark wood and are located in the best city locations and offer everything your heart desires, from Dresden stollen to Italian salami and oriental spices. The group also owns its own wineries under the name “Camel Farm Co. Ltd.”.
